Health care industry veteran will partner with middle market employers to develop and implement well-being solutions
HealthFitness is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Schwein as director of business development. In his new role, Schwein will partner with middle market employers, brokers and consultants to develop and implement well-being solutions for companies with 500 to 5,000 employees.
Schwein possesses more than 10 years of health care sales and client management experience, growing and strengthening relationships, forming key strategic alliances and achieving significant revenue growth. Prior to joining HealthFitness, Schwein held a series of sales leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, focusing on retention and membership growth for group retiree solutions and overseeing the book of business for several strategic broker partners in the small business segment.
