Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions Finds Common Census Makes Sales Sense for Brokers and Enrollment Firms

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions now makes the Common Census enrollment platform available for use with brokers and enrollment firms that work with the voluntary benefits provider.

Common Census enables brokers and enrollment firms to position Trustmark’s products in a way that better facilitates sales and helps provide a seamless link in messaging between employer-paid benefits and Trustmark product offerings.

This platform accommodates Web-based and disconnected Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions enrollments. The following Trustmark products are now available on the Common Census platform:

  • Universal Life – all states
  • New York Universal Life
  • Accident – all states

Trustmark’s Individual Disability and Cancer/Critical Illness products will be added to the Common Census platform in second quarter 2011.

Fees Waived
Trustmark covers the cost of Common Census usage fees, equal to 2 percent of annual premium written on its plans. Brokers and enrollment firms can contact the Trustmark regional sales director with questions regarding Common Census.
